May 19th Randy will be hosting his Ride for the Troops
Once again, the greatest fighter that ever lived, Randy Couture will be raising money for the GI Foundation. This money helps save the lives and help treat injured soldiers and marines coming back from overseas.

Of course Ryan had to pose for this picture in a manner that would represent the BCG Grappling Team. Phil Conor received his Bluebelt today as well.

Team BCG is snapping necks and cashing checks
In tonights Tuff n Uff competition Josh the Vanilla Gorilla pounded out a Unanimous decision win and Jake Rorschach Sweeney won the Tuff n Uff Title in 50 seconds via Triangle choke. Im proud of you guys.
